Echofon for iPhone, formerly TwitterFon, is a super-fast, easy-to-use Twitter app sporting video recording. They changed their name presumably to remove the whole word Twitter out of the app name to avoid trademark trouble. Although the free version is definitely stripped down compared to their $4.99 Pro version, Echofon for iPhone has quite a few features:

Echofon delivers on the video uploading experience (iPhone 3Gs only). When you have a new tweet opened, tap the camera icon and select "Shoot Video / Photo." The familiar camera app opens, with the toggle switch for camera or video. After shooting, you have the chance to watch the video or scrub through it, and either retake or upload the video.
For a fee of $4.99 you can experience Echofon Pro which adds many features like multiple accounts, sync unread counts with Echofon Firefox, image uploading to Flickr, landscape keyboard, user-authenticated bit.ly links (so you can track any URL you shorten), multiple themes and push notification for @ mentions and DMs.
Echofon for iPhone gets 4/5 stars for delivering a no-fuss tweeting experience with easy uploading for images or video. Contact them for support on twitter @TwitterFon.
